The SPIRARE ZRT3 (Zoom Rate Thermal Transfer Technology) is a revolutionary nano-clay insert designed to control and dissipate the unwanted moisture in lower foundation walls. The product has a Granted Patented design and the special materials formulation attracts and expels moisture vapour emissions from itself atmospherically because it is being powered naturally by the Sun. The facilitation of thermodynamics allows the wall to give the unwanted moisture vapour the route with the least resistance into the Nozzlenub that then expels the moisture vapour back into the outside atmosphere.
