The SPIRARE ZRT3 (Zoom Rate Thermal Transfer Technology) is a revolutionary nano-clay insert designed to control and dissipate the unwanted moisture in lower foundation walls. The product has a Granted Patented design and the special materials formulation attracts and expels moisture vapour emissions from itself atmospherically because it is being powered naturally by the Sun.
